So a house, you build a house with concrete with wood, timber, walls, et cetera, right? So, the inside of that house is based on frames and timber, right? So it's very rare that 10, 15, 20, 100 years in the future, that you go back into the house, and rip a piece of it out and change that. So that pace layer is really slow.
