I built the Growth Playbook to help you turn that experience into a product or service people can understand and buy.
Start with one useful result. Be clear about who it helps, what they get, what it costs, and how you will deliver it. Then find people who might need it, learn what they are dealing with, and see whether there is a reason to work together.
The playbook walks you through that process:
- Find the work you know well and explain why it matters to a buyer.
- Turn it into a clear offer with a price and limits you can live with.
- Find people who may need it and write a useful message.
- Handle the reply, schedule a call, and prepare for the conversation.
- Deliver what you promised, check the numbers, and improve the next time.
A fictional business, Acme Inc, shows how the pieces fit together. Its founder knows how to turn equipment notes and site visits into a maintenance plan. The playbook follows that skill from a small paid assessment through finding customers, booking a call, and doing the work.
You can start with a notebook or spreadsheet. AI can help you organize information, research, and write drafts. You still need to check the facts and decide what it has permission to do.
